Changes

Love Has Come
by
Mark Schultz

I know this life is filled with sorrow
And there are days when the pain just lasts and lasts
But I know there will come a day
When all my tears are washed away
With a break in the clouds
His glory coming down
And in that moment

Every knee shall bow, every tongue confess
That God is love and love has come for us all
Every heart set free, everyone will see
That God is love and love has come for us all

To anybody who has ever lost a loved one
And you feel like you had to let go too soon
I know it hurts to say goodbye
But don’t you know it’s just a matter of time
‘Til the tears are gonna end
You’ll see ’em once again
And in that moment

Every knee shall bow, every tongue confess
That God is love and love has come for us all
Every heart set free, everyone will see
That God is love and love has come for us all

Oh, and on that day
We will stand amazed
At our Savior, God and King!
Just to see the face
Of amazing grace
As our hearts rise up and sing

Glory, glory, hallelujah!
Thank You for the cross!
Singing glory, glory, hallelujah!
Christ has paid the cost!1

What changes can we expect to come? That can be answered from three different viewpoints: wide, everyday, and personal.

Wide

In short, the entire heavens and earth are going to change:

17 For, behold, I create new heavens and a new earth: and the former shall not be remembered, nor come into mind.
18 But be ye glad and rejoice for ever in that which I create: for, behold, I create Jerusalem a rejoicing, and her people a joy.
19 And I will rejoice in Jerusalem, and joy in my people: and the voice of weeping shall be no more heard in her, nor the voice of crying.
20 There shall be no more thence an infant of days, nor an old man that hath not filled his days: for the child shall die an hundred years old; but the sinner being an hundred years old shall be accursed.
21 And they shall build houses, and inhabit them; and they shall plant vineyards, and eat the fruit of them.
22 They shall not build, and another inhabit; they shall not plant, and another eat: for as the days of a tree are the days of my people, and mine elect shall long enjoy the work of their hands.
23 They shall not labour in vain, nor bring forth for trouble; for they are the seed of the blessed of the Lord, and their offspring with them.
24 And it shall come to pass, that before they call, I will answer; and while they are yet speaking, I will hear.
25 The wolf and the lamb shall feed together, and the lion shall eat straw like the bullock: and dust shall be the serpent’s meat. They shall not hurt nor destroy in all my holy mountain, saith the Lord. (Isaiah 65:17–25)

New Heaven

With The Sign of Jesus’ Coming comes part of the heavenly realm from where He is. There will be Five Stages to his return otherwise it would be like putting new wine into old bottles and most would not survive:

17 Neither do men put new wine into old bottles: else the bottles break, and the wine runneth out, and the bottles perish: but they put new wine into new bottles, and both are preserved. (Matthew 9:17)

The Sign of Jesus’ Coming is the First Stage which will radiate the earth with God’s glory and His attributes. This will manifest as the gifts and fruits of the Holy Spirit (Joel 2) and will be a welcome change to the citizens of earth.

9 Behold, the day of the Lord cometh, cruel both with wrath and fierce anger, to lay the land desolate: and he shall destroy the sinners thereof out of it.
10 For the stars of heaven and the constellations thereof shall not give their light: the sun shall be darkened in his going forth, and the moon shall not cause her light to shine.
11 And I will punish the world for their evil, and the wicked for their iniquity; and I will cause the arrogancy of the proud to cease, and will lay low the haughtiness of the terrible.
12 I will make a [righteous] man more precious than fine gold; even a man than the golden wedge of Ophir. (Isaiah 13:9–12)

The sky may also change at that time or thereafter:

19 The sun shall be no more thy light by day; neither for brightness shall the moon give light unto thee: but the Lord shall be unto thee an everlasting light, and thy God thy glory.
20 Thy sun shall no more go down; neither shall thy moon withdraw itself: for the Lord shall be thine everlasting light, and the days of thy mourning shall be ended.
21 Thy people also shall be all righteous: they shall inherit the land for ever, the branch of my planting, the work of my hands, that I may be glorified.
22 A little one shall become a thousand, and a small one a strong nation: I the Lord will hasten it in his time. (Isaiah 60:19–22; see also Rev. 21:23)

Richard Sigmund who had an incredible near death experience said the sky in heaven was “rosette pinkish in color.” (Richard Sigmund, A Place Called Heaven, 2004, p. 20) Since heaven is coming to earth and we will have a “new heaven” it stands to reason that it too may look “rosette pinkish” in color.

Mystery of God Over

With the coming of God’s glory the mystery of God will come to an end:

7 But in the days of the voice of the seventh angel, when he shall begin to sound, the mystery of God should be finished, as he hath declared to his servants the prophets. (Revelation 10:7)

This was confirmed on the Prophecy page.

Sickness Ends

Pulling from the same prophecy found in Isaiah 65 we learn that all diseases will come to an end:

20 There shall be no more thence an infant of days, nor an old man that hath not filled his days: for the child shall die an hundred years old; (Isaiah 65)

Earth is the Lords

The American Indians believed they were land custodians, not land owners. When the love of God comes down, selflessness will reign and God awareness will increase exponentially including who owns the land. It will be possible for everyone to have their own land, build their own houses, and have their own gardens unmolested.

(Isaiah 65)

Profitable Servant

Half of our paychecks go to taxes which are used by an overly bloated government to oppress the people. All of that will shortly come to an end.

23 They shall not labour in vain, nor bring forth for trouble; for they are the seed of the blessed of the Lord, and their offspring with them. (Isaiah 65)

Commune With God

Communication with God will be instantaneous. Each person will easily commune with God and know His will.

24 And it shall come to pass that before they call I will answer; and while they are yet speaking, I will hear. (Isaiah 65)

33 But this shall be the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel; After those days, saith the Lord, I will put my law in their inward parts, and write it in their hearts; and will be their God, and they shall be my people.
34 And they shall teach no more every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the Lord: for they shall all know me, from the least of them unto the greatest of them, saith the Lord: for I will forgive their iniquity, and I will remember their sin no more. (Jeremiah 31:33–34)

Everyday

The practical everyday life terms were defined by Paul. Please note in the following discourse that the word “charity” is translated as “love” in nearly all other translations but the King James. The word “charity” is meant to represent the highest form of love. Love is a fruit of God’s Spirit. Since the world will be bathed in God’s Spirit, we can expect people to come to manifest the following abilities or disposition:

1 Though I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, and have not charity, I am become as sounding brass, or a tinkling cymbal.
2 And though I have the gift of prophecy, and understand all mysteries, and all knowledge; and though I have all faith, so that I could remove mountains, and have not charity, I am nothing.
3 And though I bestow all my goods to feed the poor, and though I give my body to be burned, and have not charity, it profiteth me nothing.
4 Charity/love suffereth long, and is kind; charity/love envieth not; charity/love vaunteth not itself, is not puffed up,
5 Doth not behave itself unseemly, seeketh not her own, is not easily provoked, thinketh no evil;
6 Rejoiceth not in iniquity, but rejoiceth in the truth;
7 Beareth all things, believeth all things, hopeth all things, endureth all things.
8 Charity never faileth: but whether there be prophecies, they shall fail; whether there be tongues, they shall cease; whether there be knowledge, it shall vanish away.
9 For we know in part, and we prophesy in part.
10 But when that which is perfect is come, then that which is in part shall be done away.
11 When I was a child, I spake as a child, I understood as a child, I thought as a child: but when I became a man, I put away childish things.
12 For now we see through a glass, darkly; but then face to face: now I know in part; but then shall I know even as also I am known.
13 And now abideth faith, hope, charity, these three; but the greatest of these is charity. (1 Corinthians 13:1–13)

Personal

Because all hearts, thoughts, and intentions will become known, we can expect broken relationships to become mended.

3 He healeth the broken in heart and bindeth up their wounds. (Psalms 147:3)

To summarize, because the earth will become bathed in love, we can expect all her inhabitants to become: kind, selfless, thinking no evil thoughts, rejoicing in the truth. Truly it will be heaven on earth.
